The Fugitive 
Released 1993:

Wrongly convicted of murdering his wife, Dr. Richard Kimble (Harrison Ford) escapes from a prison bus and tries to find out why she was killed and who the murderer really was. He is relentlessly pursued by Samuel Gerard (Tommy Lee Jones), a U.S. Marshal, and is forced to keep out of contact from any friends or relatives. However, his determination and ingenuity soon produce results and he comes to the frightening realisation that he can trust no one.  Shot in Chicago, The Fugitive is a classic film for the ages!

 

 

School of Rock
Released 2003:

After being fired from his own band, lead-singer/guitartist Dewey Finn (Jack Black) needs to raise some money to pay for his rent and his bills. When his friend and school teacher Ned Schneebly (Mike White) is called to a temporary work in an well-to-do private school, Dewey pretends to be Ned and accepts the job. There he finds talented young musicians in his class, and he decides to forgo coventional teathing methods and forms s rock-and-roll band with the students.   

 

 

Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs

Released 2009:

Flint Lockwood thinks he's a genius. But none of the things he invented are make sense or are useful. When his supportive mother passes away, he's left alone with his father who thinks he should give it up. When an economic crisis hits his hometown, Flint decides to try his latest invention, a machine that can turn water into food. But something goes wrong and the machine ends up in the atmosphere prompting the mayor to use this as a way to help their community. Chock-full of hilarity for kids of all ages - CWACOM is a perfect flick to see with the family or even on a date night!
