The gardens take many shapes and sizes - from bright pots of annuals or tropicals to parkways, front and back yards and full lots. There is no prize to win, just the recognition of neighbors, visitors and the amazing beauty that we create in Bucktown.
For more information about the Walk, click here.
Proceeds from the event will go towards civic beautification of the Bucktown neighborhood and towards future events. In previous years we have been able to create gardens at the Cortland/Ashland underpass, at Churchill Park on Damen Ave and at Drummond School’s Montessori Greenspace.

It is going to be a wonderful neighborhood weekend.
Sincerely,
Eva Bergant
Vice President GardenWalk 2008

We need your advertising dollars to publish our 2009 Bucktown GardenWalk Guidebook. Last year 500 copies of this book went home with the over 700 people who came to participate in this event. This is a great way to promote your business to the neighborhood residents and to the GardenWalkers who came from across the city and suburbs to see our urban gardens. The only guide map for the weekend is in the Guidebook. Proceeds from the event are reinvested into Bucktown beautification efforts, including the flowers at the Bucktown Wicker Park Library, the community border garden at Churchill Park, the Gateway Green at Cortland/Ashland and gardens at Drummond Montesori School.
Please contact EvaB@bucktown.org for more information on additional benifits and promotional options.... Would you like to sponsor the Trolley during the weekend?
