BCO EDUCATION COMMITTEE

Steve Dillinger

Committee Chair

Education Committee is Accepting Applications!

BUCKTOWN SCHOOLS

Bucktown's elementary schools are improving each year due to dedicated teachers, administrators, parents and strong community interest. Join us to find out how you can get involved with helping the progress continue.

The Education Committee annually produces the Bucktown Education Forum.  The 2008 forum began with an overview of the CPS system including details on the different types of schools and their admission policies.   This will be followed with presentations by each Bucktown Elementary school Principal.   The forum will end with a one hour meet-and-greet where you can speak one-on-one with Bucktown Principals, teachers and parents.   The forum is free and open to the public.

The 2009 Education Forum will be held in October.    Date TBD.

For more information about the BCO Education Committee or to inquire about becoming a committee member, please email committee chair Steve Dillinger, at: steve@bucktown.org.
