Saturday & Sunday
July 10th & 11th

11am - 5pm
Check-in at Club Lucky
1824 W Wabansia

The 2010 Bucktown GardenWalk is finally here!

This weekend, Saturday July 10th and Sunday July 11th, is the Annual Bucktown Tree and GardenWalk. Come by our Presenting Sponsor, Club Lucky, to get your Guide Book and Map (suggested minimum donation of $5).

From 11am to 5pm both days there will be 100 urban gardens open to visit, and a FREE Trolley will be running throughout the neighborhood. (Thanks to: Club Lucky, Lottie's Pub, A& N Mortgage - Jamie Franz and Alex Ilich, Jeff Lowe Group- Prudential Rubloff and Forever Yogurt.)

The GardenOasis at Club Lucky will feature live music during the day and until 10pm each evening. Click here for a list of the entertainment.

Returning by popular demand is the Petting Zoo at Lottie's Pub from noon to 4pm. Lottie's will be offering pizza specials after the Zoo closes.

The TreeWalk has 100 identified trees in the parkways of Bucktown.  This year we have added a census of Catalpa trees.

The Plein Air Painters of Chicago are working in gardens and on the streets throughout Bucktown. They have works on display and for sale on the corner of Wabansia and Damen. A portion of these sales will be donated to the Bucktown Community Organization.

New this year will be demonstrations on raising Monarch Butterflies and composting. Details for these demonostrations, TreeWalk guided tour times, and specials being offered by our sponsoring local businesses will all be listed in this year's Guide Book.

Please keep an eye on our website for more information & updates bucktown.org/gardenwalk

We hope that you enjoy your day strolling in our wonderful neighborhood!
